Every week we serve a different menu based on the very finest vegetables from our own garden. Complemented with a little fish or meat, vegetables play the starring role. Harvested from the land in the morning, served in the afternoon. Most of our products are grown on Dutch soil and combined with international flavours and cooking techniques.[HL1]

We have fixed menus. There is no à la carte.

We serve wine that we’re proud of, imported by suppliers who over the years have also become friends. Wine from farmers in Europe, whose vision of agriculture chimes with ours. Honest wine made with love and care, using natural methods. Unpretentious, proven craftsmanship. Wines that marry perfectly with our chefs’ culinary styles: pristine, pure, balanced and brimming with character. Our wines can be ordered by the bottle, but we would also be happy to provide advice on the best wines to accompany each course.

We serve many more wines by the glass but these change every week. We also have local beers, organic juices and cocktails.
