OUR menu tells the story of our gardens

Eating from here and now, prepared with respect and pleasure. We follow the season, day by day. Vegetables take the lead role in our menu. The most beautiful and fresh products, from plant to plate as quickly as possible. We use as many products from Dutch soil as possible, combined with international flavors and cooking techniques.

The Kas has 16 points in the Gault & Millau guide, is listed in the 50 Best Discovery, and has a green & red Michelin star. We work with fixed menus. There is no à la carte option. We can serve our menu entirely vegetarian and vegan. We appreciate knowing about allergies in advance, so we can check with our chefs if we can adjust the menu accordingly. The risk of cross-contamination is always present.

DRINKS AND WINE

Our wines, beers, and juices are produced and selected with a focus on sustainability and minimal intervention. We collaborate with friendly winemakers who grow wines in the same way as we do: with respect for nature and a quest for innovation. Wines that complement our cooking style: clear, light, and exciting. We offer changing wines by the glass daily.
