  • register and manage your reservation;

  • communicate with you about your reservation;

  • prepare for and provide our services during your visit;

  • improve our reservation and guest services.

Zenchef processes personal data in connection with the reservation system we use.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed. Reservation information may, for example, remain part of our guest records in Zenchef for a period of time where this is necessary for managing our guest relationships and providing our services.

Information that we are required to retain for tax, accounting or other legal purposes is retained for the applicable statutory retention period.
